Los Altos Police Press Release: Death Investigation
Los Altos, Calif. — January 16, 2024 — The Los Altos Police Department is investigating the deaths of two adults. The cause of death is unknown, and the identities of the deceased have not been confirmed. There is no threat to public safety.
Today, at approximately 1:20 PM, officers responded to a welfare check at a residence in the 200 block of West Edith Avenue. Upon entry, officers located two deceased adults.
This is an active investigation, and no further information will be released at this time.
