Facility Rentals

The city of Los Altos has the perfect facility available for your event, gathering, or celebration! Options include conference rooms, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, picnic areas, athletic fields, and more. 

Facility Rental Information

  • Facilities are rented on an hourly basis and should include event set-up and clean-up. Picnic Areas and Outdoor Spaces are rented on a half or full-day basis.
  • To request a reservation, download and complete the Reservation Application and return to the Los Altos Recreation Department.
  • Reservations for facilities are accepted via email at rec-info@losaltosca.gov and in-person at the Los Altos Community Center at 97 Hillview Ave., Los Altos, CA 94022.

Full payment is required to confirm reservation of the facility:

  • Security Deposit of either $275 or $551, depending on the facility (Required)
  • Facility Use Fee (Required)
  • Alcohol Permit Fee (If applicable)

Additional equipment for rent upon request at select locations.
