New Format Coming to Annual Council Retreat

Los Altos, Calif. — January 14, 2022 —The Los Altos City Council will hold its annual Council Retreat on Tuesday, January 18, from 4 to 8 PM and will continue Saturday, January 22, from 9 AM to 1 PM. The newly implemented format shifts the retreat's focus to issues facing the City's fiscal and organizational sustainability, and infrastructure needs.

City staff will provide a comprehensive analysis of the City's budget and financial circumstances, employee recruitment and retention, and maintenance and improvement of City facilities. Further, staff will present several other policy decisions-requested by City Council-for discussion and direction. 

The retreat will be streamed live through the City's YouTube Channel and over RingCentral. Community members can submit written public comments by email to PublicComment@losaltosca.gov with the suggested subject line: PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA ITEM ## - MEETING DATE.
