Los Altos City Council Seeks Community Input in City Manager Search

Los Altos, Calif. — February 19, 2021 — The Los Altos City Council has launched a nationwide search for a new City Manager, and is inviting the community to complete a survey as part of the process. The survey asks the community to share their thoughts on the most important qualities and skill set for the next Los Altos City Manager and what they believe are the significant issues facing Los Altos.

“We strive to find a City Manager who will be a good fit for the Los Altos community. Having the residents and business owners provide input will help the City Council in selecting an individual who will provide strong leadership for City staff, work well with the community and have a successful partnership with Council,” said Mayor Neysa Fligor. “We urge all residents and business owners to complete the short survey.”

Residents and business owners can take the survey online here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WFHZZLR. Alternatively, copies are available at City Hall and by mail. To receive a copy by mail, please contact Ralph Andersen and Associates at (916) 630-4900. City Council has engaged Ralph Andersen and Associates to conduct the nationwide search for the next City Manager. Please mail it back to Ralph Andersen at:
