Facilities Rental Information

The Los Altos Recreation Department offers a variety of rental facilities for different capacities and uses.  Indoor facilities, park facilities, gymnasiums, athletic fields, tennis courts, and bocce ball courts are available for rent.

Indoor Rental Facilities	Information	Reservation Form
Meeting rooms, classrooms, and multipurpose rooms with kitchens are all available for rent to individuals, businesses, clubs and non-profit organizations.  Locations include the Hillview Community Center, Garden House in Shoup Park, Grant Park Center and the Los Altos Youth Center.
Park Facilities	Information	Reservation Form
All individual park picnic tables and barbeques are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the following parks: Grant, Heritage Oaks, Lincoln, Marymeade, McKenzie, Montclaire, Rosita, Shoup, as well as Redwood Grove Nature Preserve. Only the Patriot Corner Group Picnic Area at Shoup Park may be reserved in advance.
Athletic Field	Information	Reservation Form
Field space is available for rent at Hillview, Rosita Park and Grant Park.  Choose from the Hillview Soccer and Youth Baseball Fields, Grant Soccer Field, and Rosita Soccer and Baseball Fields.
Bocce Ball Court	Information	Reservation Form
Two Bocce Ball Courts are available for rent at the Hillview Senior Center.  Rental is limited to Los Altos residents, organizations and groups.
Gymnasium	Information	Reservation Form
The city owned gyms at Blach and Egan Middle Schools are available for rent.
Tennis Courts	Information	Reservation Form
Los Altos residents, organizations and groups may reserve tennis courts at Marymeade, McKenzie and Montclaire Parks.
