The City’s Traffic Impact Fee program provides a funding source to mitigate traffic on collector streets that results from private development. The adopted plan lists eligible projects. This project will design and construct qualifying improvements with the extent of the street improvements to be selected based on the funds collected.
This CIP currently funds Cuesta Drive Traffic Calming Project to construct pedestrian walkway, speed humps along Arboleda Drive, speed tables along Cuesta Drive, and various striping and signage improvements. Please follow the hyperlink to find out more about this project.
