The Los Altos Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC)

BPAC advises the Los Altos Traffic Commission on bicycle and pedestrian issues, recommends updates to the City’s Bicycle Transportation Plan and Pedestrian Master Plan, and identifies and prioritizes projects that will improve bicycle and pedestrian safety and access within Los Altos.

The committee meets on the third Wednesday of the month (except December) at 7:00 p.m. at the Neutra House, 181 Hillview Avenue, Los Altos. The public is invited to attend. Public comments on items not on the agenda are heard at the beginning of the meeting.

Meetings in 2012 (tentative): January 18, February 15, March 21, April 18, May 16, June 20, July 18, August 15, September 19, October 17, and November 21.

Membership

The Los Altos BPAC consists of a city of Los Altos staff liaison and seven volunteer members who each serve for a term of four years.
